- Exempt from the conference fee are academics, public administration, uniformed services, representatives of sports associations, athletes, sports activists.
- Please use your business email address when registering. The organizer reserves the right to verify the professional affiliation of participants exempt from the conference fee.
- Payment is possible via credit card and fast payment. All prices include 23% VAT. The payer will receive a VAT invoice, sent electronically to his email inbox.
- Accommodation and transportation costs are not covered by the Organizer. We encourage you to take advantage of the offer of nearby hotels, which have prepared preferential prices for accommodation. Click here.
- Participants in the World Tourism Day celebration are asked to register directly through the dedicated tab.

Journalists applying for accreditation are required to fill out a registration form. Registration is not equivalent to accreditation. An email confirming the accreditation will be sent after the application has been processed.
